Agosto. Toca escapar. Recuperarse del cansancio, de tensiones y problemas. Ha sido un año muy difícil, sobre todo dentro del ámbito familiar. Es el momento, por fin, para cargar las retinas de nuevas imágenes y el corazón de nuevas experiencias, así que allá vamos.

Esta vez, volver a Londres tiene un sabor especial por dos razones. Me llevo a Marta, mi hija, para cumplir uno de sus sueños, y además van conmigo mis mejores amigos. No se puede pedir más.

Nos vemos prontito...

Gracias...

Open them, open them, slowly
Say what you see, tell me what you see, if there´s something,
a spring, brief and fleeting in your hands.

Time for the end, define the trace
tune, regroup pieces
in my collection of medals and scratches.

It's here, who saw it
dancing like a bow on a fan?
Who would have thought that there are no Magi without some coal.

There are still some vices to perfect  on strange days
we will uncover them in intimacy with the toe.

It's here, who saw it,
dancing like a bow on a fan?
who would say there´s no treat without blur.

The future dressed in the emperor's new clothes
Who would have thought that there are not Magi without some coal

We still have many more gifts to open
turning coins discovering a profile
cellophane begins and echo ends.
Every life has a soundtrack, every moment has a song. This song has been with me in my best moments and it´s part of my life.  It´s my way to say goodnight tonight.
Sweet dreams...

What about learning six new idioms before you go to bed? I´m sure some of them are already familiar to you.

Love this song. Absolutely.
Sweet dreams...

The amazing world of our dreams is hidden to everybody,  our own private virtual world, where anything can happen.

You forget half your dream within 5 minutes, 5 minutes more and 90% of it is gone forever. Sometmes we feel sorry about that, sometimes relieved.

Inception, a great science-fiction film with a wonderful soundtrack by Hans Zimmer

Have a look at this amazing aerial sight...

Where is this land sculpture located?
What´s its name?
Resit exams are sometimes necessary. Don´t you think so?

Can you correct the mistakes and write the conversation again?
What´s the meaning of "to pass away" and "to blast"?

Every second is an opportunity to learn something new (even if you´re on holidays), don´t forget.

This song always gives me a boost to face a hard day. A magic formula for a hot morning and much to do.

 Off we go!!!!!!

Any plans for tonight at half past ten?

 A classic...

Lexipedia.com  is a useful tool for language students. It consists of an online visual semantic web of related words with dictionary and thesaurus reference, where each colour represents a different part of speech (nouns, verbs, synonyms, antonyms and even fuzzynyms). When you type in a word you are presented with related words in a graphical manner with a grid that highlights connections.

This site is available in several languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Dutch.

Click here, choose a word and find out.
