• Get enough sleep but get up early, don ´t get up late.
• Do some exercise.
• Plan your day/week/weekend.
• Surround yourself with positive people.
• Spend  time with your family and friends.
• Eat healthy food.
• Enjoy and pay attention to simple things around you (a sunset, a hot chocolate, a hug...)
• Read books and let your mind fly away.
• Listen to music. 
• Take time out and relax.
• Do at least one thing every day you can feel proud of the next day.

• Put your ideas in order and order the words in each sencence   

• Use as many different adjectives as possible  to describe the drawing and give your personal opinion (use a dictionary and look up the words you  don´t know)

• Avoid too complex structures. Use subordinate clauses you know.

Do something  personal and creative. You needn´t run to the big stores or the florist. Make Mother’s Day gifts from your heart, Perhaps it ´s as simple as giving her a little bit more of your time.
