Resilience




 Resilience is a beautiful word that not many people know. If I could choose the perfect legacy to leave my daughters, I would choose this.

It is described as the capacity of adapting well in the face of adversity, bouncing back from difficult experiences, learning and growing up. Resilience is not something that you are either born with or not. Resilience develops as people grow up and gain better thinking and more knowledge. 

How can you be more resilient?


  • Make connections, get in touch with your family and friends. 
  • Avoid seeing crises as insurmountable problems. 
  • Accept that change is a part of living. 
  • Decide your goals and move toward them. 
  • Take decisive actions. 
  • Look for opportunities for self-discovery.
  • Get a positive view of yourself. You have many qualities.
  • Keep things in perspective
